Walking isn't just good for the body, it's beneficial for the mind too. Regular walks can reduce stress and anxiety. It also stimulates the release of endorphins to promote mental clarity and relaxation.

Doing a challenge with others makes it more fun and creates positive peer pressure to include this healthy habit in your daily life!
